Cavatelli | Shiitake mushrooms, english peas, ramps, preserved lemons (v)

Branzino | green panzanella, sourdough croutons, lemon - caper sauce

Roasted half chicken | garam masala, new potatoes, asparagus, peas, spring onion salsa verde (gf)

DESSERTS

Brown butter brownie | aleppo marshmallows, graham cracker crumble

Carrot pound cake | whipped coconut, pistachios, passion fruit sauce

Loukoumades “Greek donuts” | strawberry jam, sunflower seed praline (v)
