While David spent most of his career as a senior lawyer and business executive in the cable industry, the most significant event that led to his involvement with the Pink House was marrying Ingrid Gould Ellen (over 35 years ago) whose family had been coming to Cornwall for years — and whose first Cornwall home was actually in West Cornwall just up the road from the Pink House. David is now semi-retired, teaching law and working on various non-profit projects and impact investments — including of course the Pink House — that all have one thing in common: supporting local communities. Building community through sharing meals with friends and neighbors is at the heart of the Pink House mission. Of course, we’re not going to lie, David also loves to eat… a lot.
MARINA MUÑOZ
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, PARTNER & GENERAL MANAGER
Marina Muñoz began her career working in the fashion business in the mid ‘90’s. After living in Buenos Aires, Paris and Mexico City, Marina moved back to NYC in 2009 where she joined The Wallgroup and later Lalaland. She then worked as a consultant and stylist for the next fourteen years for the likes of Vogue, Interview Magazine, Target and Tiffany’s. She and her family moved to West Cornwall, CT in 2022. Marina and her Partner began renovating a Greek Revival home from the 1800’s, this renovation lead to working with Devol Kitchens and the chance to be featured in the hit HBO series “For The Love of Kitchens” which was filmed in NYC and West Cornwall. It was during that time working closely with Helen and Paul, the founders of DeVol Kitchens, that Marina realized she wanted to pivot from fashion and open her own store in West Cornwall. This would be the beginning of the next chapter of her life with a bold career change. After a chance meeting with The West Cornwall Development Group and a visit to the site (which would eventually become the first iteration of The Pink House Project) she knew that she wanted to be a part of this new venture.
Now a partner and Creative Director of The Pink House Food Company LLC in the charming town of West Cornwall, CT. With more projects in the works, Marina and her partners are excited to be a part of the continued growth of this community.
DYLAN GOFF
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Dylan Goff joins The Pink House with nearly two decades of hands-on culinary experience and a deep appreciation for the farms, people, and traditions that make Connecticut's food community so special.
Raised in the Connecticut Valley, Dylan's culinary journey didn't begin in a formal culinary school classroom—it began in the kitchens of local diners, neighborhood restaurants, bars, and family-owned establishments throughout the region. Working his way through every position in the kitchen, he developed a practical, hardworking approach to cooking that remains at the core of his philosophy today.
Most recently, Dylan served as Sous Chef at Community Table in New Preston, where he further refined his commitment to seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the relationships between chefs, farmers, and guests. His favorite local producers include Earth's Palate Farm in Warren and Oracle Mushroom in Kent, whose dedication to quality and sustainability reflect many of the values he brings to the kitchen.
Dylan believes food should be fresh, local, approachable, and affordable. He is passionate about minimizing waste, utilizing ingredients to their fullest potential, and creating dishes that celebrate the abundance of Northwest Connecticut while remaining welcoming to everyone who gathers around the table.
At home, Dylan is the proud father of two sons, Jace and Luca. When he's not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the farms and food producers that inspire his cooking.
As Executive Chef of The Pink House, Dylan looks forward to building on the restaurant's commitment to hospitality, community, and exceptional seasonal cuisine.
